When you visit the site
This site uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tools. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so your data is not passed to third parties such as Google. The server hosting the site may log basic technical data, such as IP address and time of access, for security and to keep the site running.
When you send us an email
If you contact us by email, we process the data you send us: your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. We use it to reply and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or arrange a collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Providing the data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply. We keep the data for as long as needed for that purpose or as required by law. We do not sell it or share it with others, except with service providers who process it on our behalf: we use Google Workspace for email, and the site is hosted by our web hosting provider. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not make automated decisions or create profiles.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Just write to marta@nmc.co. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
